Part time office assistant needed for a company in Archdale. They are looking for someone that is detail-oriented, attentive, and a strong listener.
The expected schedule will be Monday through Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Pay rate: 17/hr
· Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with scheduling, calendar updates, and basic coordination
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and spreadsheets
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Assist with light bookkeeping or invoice tracking (if applicable)
- Support team members with general administrative tasks
- Help keep the office organized and running efficiently
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and listening skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred but not required
