& proofreads various correspondences/reports for the Nursing Department;<\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Duplicates
& distributes copies and pertinent information to various department heads.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintains
accurate files.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepares
& distributes Nursing employee evaluations and job descriptions; duplicates
completed evaluations and circulates appropriately.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist
nursing administrators with creating policy and procedures accurately; ability
to navigate through the electronic P&P program – Policy Manager.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Multi -task
effectively.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Schedule
meetings/seminars & make room reservations/arrangements accordingly;
distribute relative meeting materials to all involved parties.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Schedules
appointments/interviews with applicants as necessary; maintain confidentiality.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Screens
all incoming telephone calls to the Nursing Office and refers them to
appropriate Nursing Administration staff.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Contacts
various businesses and sales representatives to obtain cost, availability of
products, and delivery time.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Processes
all employee transactions and shift/status changes with Human Resources and
Payroll.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Processes
all employees’ competencies and inputs profile data in the scheduling module.<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform
other duties as assigned. <\/span>
<\/p>
One year of clerical experience.<\/span>

Knowledge
of Word and Excel.<\/span>
