Office Support – Temp to Hire (Full-Time)

$20/hour

We’re hiring a reliable Office Support team member for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a conveniently located Pittsfield property management office.

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

What you’ll be doing:

• Answering phones and assisting walk-in traffic
• Collecting rent payments and handling basic tenant interactions
• Light data entry using Word and Excel (no spreadsheet creation required)
• General office support as needed

What we’re looking for:

• Friendly, professional demeanor
• Comfortable handling calls and in-person inquiries
• Basic computer skills (Word & Excel)
• Previous property management or leasing experience is a plus, but not required
