Position Summary:

The Office Assistant is an undergraduate student who will provide administrative support in the Law School office.

Essential Functions:
-Creating and updating excel spreadsheets.
-Basic internet research on various topics.
-Assist with Law School events.
-Copying, answering phones, shredding, scanning, campus errands, and light lifting.
-Other duties as assigned.

Non-Essential Functions:
Duties will be assigned to other student workers at the law school if the student in this position is unable to complete the tasks.

Required Qualifications:
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
-Must be an undergraduate student that is not planning to seek admission to law school.
-Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
-Professional.
-Detail oriented.
-Ability to take initiative.
-Interacts well with others.
-Ability to work independently, but has a willingness to answer questions if needed.
