Burnett is partnering with one of the largest Education Support Organizations in Texas, and they have an IMMEDIATE need for a Temporary Office Assistant in their Houston office. This is a medical coverage need, so is slated to last through the end of May but could get extended.
The Office Assistant will support the Special Education Department with the following duties:
- Drafting professional service agreements
- Processing conference registrations
- Processing vendor invoicing
- Placing orders and direct pays
- Assisting in daily management of budget
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Administrative Support experience
- Some budget maintenance experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of PowerSchool program (ideal but not required)
Hours, Location, Salary:
- Hours will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Office is located in NW Houston (77092 zip)
- Parking provided
- Pay Rate is $22-$24/hr, DOE (flex for more experience)
