Seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Office Assistant to work with one of our partner companies. This role blends front office management, administrative duties, customer service, and vendor management. The role also supports the executive/leadership team by acting as the front-facing ambassador that keeps the office running smoothly, professionally and hospitably. Must be computer savvy and able to assist with marketing support.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete daily data entry tasks and maintain daily, weekly & monthly reports
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Generate memos, forms and reports
- Administrative duties for this position include faxing, copying, making phone calls, scanning, and entering extensive data in the office's computer system
- Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cooperatively with others and deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, managers, and the executive team
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree, preferred
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Solid understanding of quality customer service and executive assistant roles.
- Highly motivated self-starter that is adept at taking initiative
- Must be able to pass onboarding assessments and prescreening checks
- Must be tech savvy and attentive to detail
- Proficiency with Excel, Word preferred
- Sage accounting software experience, a plus
