SALARY: $20.00 / HR
LOCATION: Vancouver, Washington
SCHEDULE: Part-time, Monday & Tuesday 8am to 1pm, Friday 8am to Noon, Temp to Hire

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support for a homeowners association office, including records and documentation management
  • Handle homeowner communications, inquiries, and general correspondence in a professional manner
  • Support board members with meeting coordination, including agendas, minutes, and preparation materials
  • Assist with account tracking, website updates, and community communications such as newsletters and mailings
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience and reliable transportation
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work professionally with various stakeholders
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This role requires the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for periods of up to 30 minutes. Work is primarily performed in an office environment with regular computer use and interaction with the public.
