 The Office Associate provides administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the office. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations, including handling mail, emails, phone calls, and file management. 
  • Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. 
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper. 
  •  Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms. 
  •  Prepare correspondence, reports, and other office documents. 
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory. 
  • Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and document management. 
  • Support accounts payable/receivable and basic bookkeeping tasks, as needed. 
  • Coordinate office equipment maintenance and service requests. 
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments. 
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information. 
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Associate's degree; Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience required; 
  • Experience in property management, real estate, or related field preferred.
  • Strong Customer Service, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Teams
  • Organized, Detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of housing regulations and fair housing laws preferred. 
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Must be able to walk community and move (lift and/or twist) a minimum of 20 lbs.
