The property manager oversees the operations of residential properties to ensure they are well-maintained, profitable and compliant with regulations.


Common duties include:


  • Creating listings for vacant units, conducting property tours for potential renters and skillfully negotiating lease agreements.
  • Communicating with tenants, professionally handling their questions, resolving conflicts, and responding to maintenance requests.
  • Collecting rent, managing security deposits, preparing the property’s budget and maintaining detailed financial records for the owner.
  • Scheduling maintenance, coordinating with contractors for repairs, performing routine inspections and managing vendor relationships.
  • Operating the property in accordance with local landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations.

What We’re Looking For:


  • High School Diploma or GED (an associate degree or real estate experience is a plus).
  • At least 2 years of experience in property management, real estate, office administration, and/or customer service.
  • Exceptional computer skills 
  • Experience using Microsoft platforms including Teams
  • Great oral and written communication skills 
  • Basic knowledge of home ownership, maintenance, and property upkeep.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
