Tri-City Janitorial Inc is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to join our growing team in Latham, NY. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of office spaces, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, desks, furniture, and fixtures
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
• Follow cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all areas meet quality standards
• Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Prior commercial or office cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Dependable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and sanitation practices
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout a shift
• Must be available for evenings
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety
