Description

DeLallo is seeking a Full-Time reliable and hardworking Office Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning offices, restrooms, meeting rooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a professional workplace for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, kitchens, and restrooms.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
  • Dust and wipe desks, furniture, windowsills, shelves, and other surfaces.
  • Empty waste bins and replace liners.
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
  • Replenish restroom and kitchen supplies such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and hand sanitizer.
  • Assist with general warehouse cleaning, including sweeping floors, removing debris, keeping aisles clear, and maintaining clean work and storage areas.
  • Dispose of waste and recyclable materials in accordance with company procedures.
  • Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management.
  • Follow health and safety regulations and company cleaning procedures.
  • Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
  • Lock and secure premises where required after cleaning.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position.
  • Shift will begin at 4:00 am Monday through Friday.
  • Work involves standing, walking, bending, lifting, and the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
