Office Clerk-1st Shift

Nesco Resource is seeking an Office Clerk to assist of an industry-leading manufacturer in Troy. This is a contract-to-hire role.This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in office assisting/clerical experience.

Pay: $20/hr to 25/hr, per level of experience
Shift: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with day to day operations of office including data entry, filing, scanning and inventory control
• Ordering supplies as needed
• Scanning
• Data entry
• Assist with employee appreciation projects such as organizing birthday celebrations, writing out anniversary cards, etc.
• Other tasks as needed

• Associate's degree in Clerical, Business, Human Resources or some related field, preferred
• 2+ years of Clerical/ Office Management experience Required
• Computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Prior experience within an office-based environment
• Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, etc.
