Office Clerk/Administrative Assistant
Location: Irving, TX 75038 (Hybrid)
Duration: 24 months (possible extension)
Logistics:
- May have to work days/nights, weekends/holidays but will work 40 hours/week.
- Shifts could include overnight weekends and National Holidays.
- Shifts may change based on needs of the business.
- This team is a hybrid team.
- There will be assigned “work from the office” days.
Required Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, analytical problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Must be able to make critical, independent decisions in volatile and emergency life threatening situations with minimal supervision.
- Excellent computer skills, including a working knowledge of Google /Gmail, GSuite, Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe PDF files.

Job Duties:
- Monitor various Security related email boxes investigating and responding to customer and employee questions, concerns and allegations of violations of the Code of Conduct and the law
- Perform duties as required and/or work on assigned projects as directed by supervisors or manager
- Handle escalated issues from an analyst, supervisor, or manager in a courteous, professional and expeditious manner.
- Escalate issues to analyst or management team as appropriate
- Follow established processes and procedures and use department Job Aid to find solutions to problems
Education/Certifications:
- Associate degree, bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience.
