Join a busy office team where your organization, customer-first communication, and attention to detail keep daily operations running smoothly. As an Office Clerk, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact on incoming calls, support key administrative processes, and help maintain accurate records across digital filing and internal systems. This is a full-time role with training provided, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping things organized, and can shift easily between clerical tasks and team support.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a receptionist and/or clerical role
• 1+ year of data entry experience
• Professional phone etiquette and the ability to answer and transfer calls in a friendly, polished manner
• Strong attention to detail for filing, document management, and pricing updates
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Comfort using basic office equipment (scanner, copier, printer, etc.)
• Ability to read and write in English (required)
• Ability to work in an office environment with prolonged periods of sitting/standing

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with document management systems (including scanning, archiving, and digital filing)
• Familiarity with ERP systems and maintaining pricing/customer lists
• Comfort supporting order entry and quoting processes
• Experience preparing items for online sale (e.g., photographing, listing, and managing postings)
• Ability to support light marketing/administrative projects (tracking materials, recommending reorders, binding manuals)

Preferred Education and Experience

• High School Diploma
• Prior experience with clerical support tasks such as filing, calendar updates, and general office projects

Other Requirements

• No travel required
• Ability to handle a variety of administrative duties, including:
  • Scanning and managing digital document filing (including archived documents, SDS materials, and job documents)
  • Removing employee/company names from unwanted mailing lists
  • Updating customer price lists and part maintenance pricing in an ERP system
  • Printing and binding customer machine manuals
  • Maintaining the company calendar and tracking employee attendance information
  • Preparing, photographing, and listing parts/items for sale online
