Office Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Temporary Excel Accounting Office Clerk to join our client's team in Pasadena, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with strong Excel skills and hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
• Enter and maintain financial data with a high level of accuracy
• Reconcile accounts and assist with accounting record maintenance
• Generate reports and analyze data using Microsoft Excel
• Utilize Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and other advanced Excel functions
• Assist with invoice processing, payment tracking, and collections support
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Provide general administrative and accounting support as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial office experience
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience REQUIRED
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Strong knowledge of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Must successfully complete an Excel assessment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Work Environment

• Professional office environment
• Full-time onsite position in Pasadena, CA
• Immediate start available

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
