HIRING IMMEDIATELY: OFFICE CLERK IN ROLLING MEADOWS, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Office Clerk to join our team in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for answering phone calls from customers, keeping record of customer interactions, communicating customer problems/questions to team members, and keeping records organized. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $20.00/hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Located in Rolling Meadows, Illinois
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls from customers
- Keep record of customer interactions
- Communicate customer problems/questions to team members
- Keep records organized
Requirements and Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Office environment experience
- Proficiency in computers (Excel, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- English proficiency preferred as the role involves answering calls
