Description
Professional Civil Process (PCP) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. This role is integral to supporting our legal service operations by handling administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy. PCP is a nationwide leader in legal support services including serving, filing, and skip tracing.
With over four decades of experience, PCP serves the legal community with excellence and integrity.
Our headquarters is located in Spicewood, Texas.
We are proud founding members of the National Association of Professional Process Servers (NAPPS) and the Texas Process Servers Association (TPSA).
Responsibilities:
We have 2 (two) positions we are currently hiring for:
Mail Clerk:
Process the incoming mail
Process outgoing mail and shipments
Do a quality control check on the documents before mailing to the court
Sorting, packing, and mailing out petitions to file with the court
Contacting the clients for corrected/missing documents
Make copies of documents
Perform general clerical functions as needed
Work reports as assigned
Quality Assurance Clerk:
Monitor the quality of service of process reports in the regions assigned.
Answer incoming calls from process servers and agennts
Answer incoming calls from customers calling A-Plus Delivery
Input service of process data information into computer system
Running license plates
Check and complete emails and voicemails in a timely manner
Perform additional tasks assigned
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer skills, proficiency with MS Office preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform occasional physical tasks.
Benefits
Compensation, Hours, and Benefits:
Pay - $15.00/hr
Full Time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Minimum Essential Coverage "MEC" Health plan - after 60 days of employment
Dental/Vision plan - immediately upon hire
Ten (10) paid holidays per calendar year – after six month of service
