Office Clerk - Weekend Shift (Full-Time)

Job Summary

The Office Clerk is responsible for ensuring that all documents are completed accurately and in a timely fashion for our Inbound or Outbound Departments. This key position ensures quality, delivery, and accuracy, and requires a person to have effective communication skills, the ability to work in a team environment, and a willingness to model positive and professional work ethics. Primary Responsibilities

• Research problem and follow up on solutions  
• Communicate to the team issues with orders and resolutions.   
• Maintain spreadsheets on data accumulated for orders.   
• Help with Hot Hot’s and answer emails with resolutions 
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment for crew members, adhering to all safety rules and standards. 
• Maintain the shop’s stability and reputation by complying with all relevant legal requirements. 
• Be available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned. 

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. 

Experience:

• Preferred understanding of AS400/JDA 
• Preferred knowledge of Serenade, Proship, and Averett Connect 

Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. 
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence. 
• Proven track record in sales and customer service, driving revenue and customer satisfaction. 
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring efficient operations. 
• Strong time management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines consistently. 
• Effective analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address challenges proactively. 
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and delegate appropriately when necessary. 
• Comfortable functioning in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications.

• While performing the duties of this job, the Crew Member works near moving equipment.
• Position is routinely exposed to hot and cold temperatures during Summer and Winter months in the Distribution Center

• Continuous standing and walking throughout the warehouse space. 
• Ability to wear and communicate through a headset continuously.

• Occasionally operate equipment, including forklifts. 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to shoulder height unassisted frequently. 
• Prolonged periods of standing and walking 

Other Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old 
• Willing to submit to a criminal background check 
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
