Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Monitor the front desk

- Manage visitors coming into the office
- Walk the space to make sure everything is tidy
- Set up meeting rooms
- Handle parking validation
Administrative & Office Support:
- Manage the invoice system
- Help process invoices
- Order supplies, coffee, and stock
- General administrative tasks
Software skills:
- Basic computer functions
- Microsoft power point, excel, word
Years of exp: 2+ years of experience
Interview process: 1 virtual and/or onsite
