A growing nonprofit organization in the Columbus, OH area is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative operations, communications, marketing initiatives, and community engagement efforts.
This multifaceted role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing office administration with creative projects, event coordination, and organizational communications. The Office Coordinator will work closely with leadership and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, and support programs and events that serve the local community
Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day office operations, communications, and administrative support across multiple departments
Create and distribute newsletters, email communications, marketing materials, and organizational announcements
Manage and update website content, social media channels, and other digital communication platforms
Support the planning, promotion, and execution of community programs, meetings, fundraising initiatives, and special events
Develop branded materials including flyers, brochures, presentations, and other promotional assets
Maintain records, contact databases, digital files, and provide reporting and project coordination support for leadership and staff
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
2+ years of experience in office administration, marketing coordination, communications, or a similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a variety of audiences
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing/design tools such as Canva; Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus
Experience managing social media platforms, email marketing tools, and website content updates
Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
Pay Details: $21.00 to $26.00 per hour
