Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Office Administrator/Coordinator to support daily office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Order materials and supplies via email in a timely and accurate manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls as needed
  • Perform basic office duties including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Scan, organize, and upload documents, including within QuickBooks
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support office operations
  • Maintain organized records and ensure office efficiency
Qualifications
  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred
  • Experience with QuickBooks, including pulling purchase orders (POs) and uploading documents
  • Familiarity with Adobe/PDF tools and Excel spreadsheets
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
Work Environment
  • Office-based position
  • Standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
