We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Office Coordinator to join our team! This position is based in our Uptown Dallas office and requires a consistent 9:00 am start each weekday Monday - Friday, as you will be instrumental in opening and supporting the office during our busiest morning hours. While the start time is fixed, the end of the day offers flexibility based on business needs. This role will average 34-35 hours each week, with most days ending around 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm, making this an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a consistent schedule with some afternoon flexibility.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Tend to all reception desk duties, by greeting and assisting onsite guests and answering inbound telephone calls.
- Professional and friendly first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and the entire team.
- Maintain conference room meeting schedule, including morning set-up of each conference room.
- Daily receive and distribute mail and packages.
- Keep the kitchen, coffee bar, and snack stations fully stocked.
- Coordinate mail, FedEx packages, and other deliveries as needed.
- Weekly ordering and stocking of office supplies & office snacks within monthly budget.
- Assist in planning once a week breakfast for company-wide meeting and monthly luncheon for entire office. Also assist in any off-site company sponsored events for the office when needed.
- Help to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace.
- Perform all other office tasks as necessary.

- Ability to frequently operate computer and office equipment, and remain stationary or move around for long periods
- Handle paperwork, and/or push/pull boxes as necessary
