Office Coordinator Job (Flexible Schedule)

Lympha Press is hiring an Office Coordinator as a flexible onsite role in Greenville, South Carolina. As an Office Coordinator, you will serve as the primary onsite support for office operations, compliance administration, training tracking, vendor credentialing, and administrative functions while ensuring the office remains organized and compliant. This role is ideal for a dependable, professional individual who enjoys working independently and supporting multiple operational processes.

Lympha Press is a healthcare-focused organization committed to supporting patients, providers, and internal teams through operational excellence and compliance. The Office Coordinator will work closely with leadership to support training compliance, credentialing, office oversight, and administrative coordination while serving as the primary onsite presence in the Greenville office.

Job Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Minimum of 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, or office support experience preferred
· Professional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, business professional presence
· Ability to work independently and confidently as the sole onsite office representative
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to track deadlines, records, and compliance requirements
· Experience managing training records, employee documentation, or credentialing processes preferred
· Comfortable learning and navigating online systems and portals, including vendor credentialing platforms
· Experience in healthcare, medical supply, DME, or regulated industries preferred but not required
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office technology
· Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through

As an Office Coordinator, you will support a variety of essential administrative and compliance-related responsibilities including training tracking, insurance network credentialing, vendor credentialing for hospital systems, and company equipment return coordination. This role requires someone who is highly organized, professional, and comfortable supporting compliance efforts while maintaining a strong onsite presence in the office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign, track, and monitor employee training requirements, including annual and refresher training
  • Coordinate compliance documentation and attestations, including HIPAA, conflict of interest forms, and TB test tracking
  • Monitor and track sales team in-field evaluations (IFE)
  • Prepare, review, and process insurance network credentialing and recredentialing applications
  • Manage vendor credentialing for hospital systems through platforms including Intellicentrics, Reptrax, Symplr, Vendormate/GHX, Green Security, RXvantage, and VPR/HealthTrust
  • Create and maintain credentialing accounts and documentation for sales representatives
  • Coordinate retrieval of company equipment and property from exiting employees, including shipping logistics and UPS call tags
  • Maintain office records and support HR/compliance administrative functions
  • Serve as the primary onsite office presence and assist with office readiness for audits or site visits
  • Work collaboratively with leadership and internal teams to support operational goals

Schedule & Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule ranging from 30–39 hours per week
  • Must be onsite Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM–2:00 PM with flexibility for additional hours
  • $30–35/hour compensation range
