WHAT YOUR DAY ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE
• You open the clinic and set the tone — scrub the schedule, prep encounter forms, check supplies, and make sure everything is ready before the first patient walks in
• You're the face of the front desk — checking patients in, completing assessments, collecting payments, and communicating balances in real time
• You own the phones — confirming appointments, calling no-shows, converting new leads into booked visits, and following up on overdue patients every week
• You keep the schedule full and tight — reschedule cancellations fast, book midweek injections, and make sure no patient falls through the cracks
• You sell — injection packages, vitamins, shakes, and supplements — by educating patients on what actually moves the needle for their results
• You close the day strong — reconcile payments, count the cash drawer, submit claims, review billing, and make sure tomorrow's schedule is clean
• You ask for Google reviews at the right moments — after milestones, great visits, and patient wins
