- Monitor office inventory levels, manage procurement processes, and cultivate relationships with vendors to optimize resource availability and cost-efficiency.
- Act as the central point for internal and external correspondence, handling phone calls and emails with clarity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Draft and refine reports, presentations, and official documents, ensuring all materials meet strict formatting and accuracy standards.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital record-keeping systems to guarantee quick and accurate access to business documentation.
- Assist in rolling out office protocols and procedures to foster a workspace that is both compliant and operationally streamlined.
Requirements
- Bring 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in administrative support or office coordination, with a preference for background in the consulting field.
- Demonstrate advanced competency in standard office software, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite and various calendar management platforms.
