This is not an accountant or bookkeeping position. We have an accountant who handles formal accounting, taxes, and financial reporting. This position helps maintain the day-to-day paperwork and organization needed to keep those records accurate.
What We're Looking For
- 21 years or older
- Previous office, administrative, receptionist, or customer-service experience preferred
- Comfortable handling customer payments and basic financial transactions
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Professional and comfortable dealing directly with customers
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving company where responsibilities overlap
This is a good fit for someone who likes variety. Some of the day will involve office and administrative work, while other parts may involve helping a customer at the counter, coordinating with another department, or handling something that needs immediate attention.
