• Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, expense reports, and invoice processing

• Maintain office organization by ordering supplies, managing common spaces, and ensuring the office is operating efficiently

• Support the Office Manager with special projects and day-to-day administrative initiatives

• Assist with meeting coordination, catering, and general office logistics

• Maintain vendor relationships and assist with general office operations

• Become a commissioned Notary Public within the first three months of employment

• Take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves, with opportunities for continued growth

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1–4+ years of administrative, office coordination, receptionist, or customer-facing experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed

• Comfortable balancing front desk responsibilities with behind-the-scenes operational support

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in commercial real estate, financial services, or a professional services environment is a plus, but not required

• Ability to become a Notary Public within three months of hire

Compensation & Work Structure

• Alternating schedule of Monday–Friday one week and Monday–Thursday the following week

• Standard hours of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Base salary range: $60,000–$85,000, plus discretionary bonus, depending on experience

• Comprehensive medical benefits, including a plan with approximately 95% employer-paid coverage
