Community Living Case Management (CLCM) is looking for a dependable, organized, and tech-savvy Office Coordinator to serve as a central administrative resource for our team. This is a dynamic position for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy and follow-through, and is comfortable balancing multiple priorities. From coordinating office operations and supporting employees to maintaining records, troubleshooting technology, and assisting with payroll and accounting processes, you'll play an important role in keeping our organization moving forward. What You'll Do:As our Office Coordinator, you'll help manage the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the office, including:Coordinating daily office operations, schedules, supplies, equipment, and administrative systemsMaintaining organized and confidential electronic and physical recordsManaging databases, spreadsheets, tracking systems, and reportsServing as a welcoming and professional point of contact for employees, families, visitors, providers, vendors, and community partnersPreparing and proofreading correspondence, reports, forms, presentations, and other documentsSupporting shared calendars, email accounts, virtual meetings, and electronic communication systemsProviding basic troubleshooting and coordination for computers, printers, phones, conference-room technology, and other office equipmentAssisting with payroll documentation, petty cash, invoices, reimbursements, receipts, purchasing, and other financial administrative tasksCoordinating administrative aspects of employee onboarding, transfers, background checks, and separationsCoordinating office, vehicle, equipment, maintenance, and vendor needsMaintaining inventory and purchasing office supplies and authorized equipmentDeveloping templates, checklists, electronic forms, and tracking tools that make administrative processes more efficientHelping implement new technology, automation, and productivity toolsIdentifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve how the office operates Who We're Looking For:You'll be a great fit if you're someone who:Is highly organized and able to manage competing prioritiesPays close attention to details and takes pride in accurate workCommunicates professionally and enjoys helping othersTakes initiative and is comfortable solving routine problems independentlyCan handle confidential and sensitive information appropriatelyIs comfortable learning and using new technologyEnjoys improving systems, processes, and workflowsIs dependable, responsive, adaptable, and willing to pitch in where neededWorks well independently while also collaborating with employees across different areas of an organization Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of three years of business office supervision or management experienceAbility to type at least 45 words per minute with an acceptable error rateComputer skills and working knowledge of office programs and equipmentAbility to successfully complete required criminal history background screeningAbility to read, write, understand, and speak English proficiently Why CLCM?At CLCM, administrative work has a bigger purpose.
