Overview
Reporting to the Vice President for University Life and Community Engagement, the ULCE Office Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and programmatic support for the Office of University Life and Community Engagement (OULCE). The position serves as a central point for coordinating office operations and supports community engagement initiatives, events, and programs that serve students, postdoctoral fellows, faculty, and staff.
Responsibilities
The Office Coordinator plays a central role in advancing the office s work by serving as a key connector across people, programs, and operations. This position helps create a seamless and welcoming environment by coordinating schedules, meetings, events, and office operations, while also supporting the planning and execution of initiatives that strengthen campus engagement and community life. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, contribute to high-impact programs, and help bring ideas from concept to implementation. Success in this position requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to organizational budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The hiring range provided represents The Rockefeller University s good-faith and reasonable estimate of the possible compensation range at the time of posting.
