Position Overview

As the Office Coordinator, you will serve as a key administrative partner to leadership and field operations. You will help maintain office organization, coordinate administrative processes, support reporting functions, assist with fleet and safety tracking, and ensure accurate handling of important business information. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to management and operations teams

  • Coordinate office processes and maintain accurate records

  • Track fleet maintenance schedules, vehicle records, and fuel usage reporting

  • Assist with driver safety documentation and compliance tracking

  • Communicate professionally with employees, customers, vendors, and leadership

  • Maintain confidential business and employee information

  • Support reporting, data entry, and operational documentation

  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Assist with accounting-related administrative functions

  • Identify and resolve administrative and operational issues proactively

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an administrative assistant, office coordinator, office manager, customer service, accounting support, or operations support role

  • At least one year of accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or financial administration experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems

  • Ability to maintain accuracy while handling multiple responsibilities

  • Professional discretion when working with confidential information

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

  • Experience supporting service, construction, home service, plumbing, HVAC, or similar industries is a plus
