We are currently seeking a highly skilled Office Engineer to support major transportation construction projects in Connecticut.Position OverviewThe Office Engineer will provide project documentation, reporting, and coordination support for transportation construction projects in Connecticut.Key Responsibilities Manage construction documentation: RFIs, RFCs, submittals, drawings, contracts, and correspondence Track and distribute technical documents using AASHTOWare and COMPASS Prepare daily and weekly reports, meeting minutes, and change order logs Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, contractors, and clients Support pay estimates and schedule updates in accordance with CTDOT procedures Maintain audit-ready project filesRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management OR NICET Level II/III in Highway or Transportation Inspection Minimum 6 years' experience in construction office engineering or infrastructure documentation with field inspection experience CTDOT project experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Valid driver's licenseCompensation & Benefits Competitive Salary: $110,000 – $150,000Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement Plan with Company MatchPaid Time Off & Paid HolidaysPerformance-Based BonusesWellness perk: gym membership reimbursement Garg Consulting Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
