Seeking an enthusiastic Office Experience Assistant to create a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, vendors, and clients.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing phone calls, coordinating office logistics, preparing meeting spaces, handling mail and packages, supporting employee requests, ordering supplies, and vendor coordination.
Must have strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills, with the ability to lift up to 50lbs. Preferred bilingual in Spanish.
Contribute to safety and compliance initiatives, participate in emergency response, and execute special projects.
The role offers a base pay of $30/hour, benefits, and a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00am–4:30pm).
Ideal candidates have customer service or office administration experience, a positive attitude, and proficiency in MS Office. High school diploma required.
