Office Hospitality Specialist

Shift: 9 AM to 6 PM (M-F)

Job Description:
This position is a Hospitality position and candidates must have previous hospitality experience working in the food industry. The following types of experience will be considered: restaurant work, banquet serving, conference room set ups and food ordering. Any schooling or degree in the industry is a plus. The candidate must also be willing to flex their schedule;the scheduled hours are 9-6, but they will be required to work past that on occasion when the law firm has social events that go past 6 PM;they may also be required to work till 8 - 9 PM to cover those events. The law firm also has some weekend events, for these events the candidate may need to work a Saturday or Sunday. These are not as frequent as the social events, but we want to be transparent, and let the candidates know ahead of time that they do occur.

The candidate also needs to have strong social skills and professionalism. E-mail etiquette and proper English skills are a must as they will be interacting with lawyers and other professionals. They will also need to have computer skills and an understanding of Microsoft Office, including updating spread sheets in Excel. Candidates must be able to communicate in writing and verbally in fluent English. There will be lifting, bending, walking and ability to lift up to possible 50 pounds on their own is required.
