Job Description:
- Responsible for all day-to-day onsite operational support for a small-to-medium-size law office.
- Operations in a legal office environment, including, but not limited to mail operations.
- Shipping & receiving operations, print/scan operations, reception, and hospitality.
- They should be comfortable and professional with heavy client-facing interaction in a standard office environment.
- Should be comfortable in high-demand position and be able to field and respond to multiple requests at any given time.
- Should be able to function independently with little supervisory oversight.
- Familiarity with standard office equipment (mail processing equipment, printers, copiers, scanners, audio-visual equipment, etc.) is a plus.
- Should be able to stand for periods of time while performing duties and be able to walk for extended periods of time.
- Should be able to lift 50lbs.
