Description:
Ensures the site’s physical structures and utility systems are maintained and repaired to prevent interruption of operational activities and provide for a clean and safe work environment. Maintains multiple corporate office work environments.

Duties:
  • Manage the tactical execution of short- and long-term objectives through the coordination of activities with a direct responsibility for results, including costs, methods, and staffing.
  • Manages, evaluates and tracks all user operation, maintenance and security requests.
  • Evaluate building-related processes and make recommendations to ensure greater efficiency.
  • Manages and monitors the security vendor for consistent adherence to security guidelines and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Provides management for construction projects both large and small.
  • Develops and maintains policies and procedures manuals.
  • Acts as main point of contact and maintain relations between FME and landlord.
  • Ensures adherence to and execution of all elements of leases.
  • Reviews all activity to ensure that all building standards are maintained.
  • Manages vendors and support groups for all facilities activities, including negotiating vendor pricing and working with vendors to obtain information and quotes.
  • Interacts with internal departments and external customers, particularly in problem resolution.
  • Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Interprets and recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization(s).
  • Program or project responsibility generally within the function.
  • Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers.
  • Provide technical guidance.
  • Assist with various projects as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.
