Office Manager/Administrative Assistant

This is a permanent/direct hire position.

What will you do?

  • Greet and welcome visitors
  • Answer, screen and direct all phone calls
  • Manage, clean and organize the front desk and common areas ensuring a presentable space.
  • Collect and sort all mail and packages
  • Manage all office equipment needs/maintenance schedules (e.g., printers, fax machine, stamp machine, kitchen appliances, generator, server room A/C)
  • Handle all suite/building concerns and issues with property management.
  • Bind and mail marketing presentations and compliance materials
  • Proofread client-facing/internal materials
  • Handle various special projects for executive team & departments
  • Perform various additional tasks, including scanning and filing and travel arrangement

Required Skills

  • Experience in an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Adobe preferred.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
  • Customer service and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to adapt to change, resourceful and self-motivated along with a commitment to excellence
