Dondelinger Automotive is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to join our team in Baxter, MN. This role is focused on managing financial statements, payroll, and collaborating closely with managers to ensure accurate and timely administrative and financial processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive with strong follow-up skills, maintaining smooth operations and effective communication across departments.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain financial statements and reports in coordination with management.
  • Collaborate with managers across departments to gather necessary financial and operational data.
  • Coordinate and follow up on administrative tasks to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
  • Support office operations by managing staff, schedules, and communications efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records and assist in financial reconciliations and audits as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial and office management.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, financial administrator, or similar role with focus on payroll and financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with management and staff.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with payroll and financial software is preferred.
  • Ability to follow up diligently and manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Discretion in handling confidential financial and employee information.
  • Experience in automotive or accounting industry is a plus.
