The Office Manager ensures the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, providing administrative and operational support to leadership, employees, visitors, and suppliers while maintaining a productive, professional, and welcoming work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, meals, and itineraries for management and visitors.
• Organize meetings, prepare materials, and coordinate catering and logistics.
• Manage visitor reception and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Oversee daily office operations, office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.
• Manage correspondence, filing systems, and company records.
• Support senior management with presentations, reports, and special projects.
• Assist with employee onboarding and administrative HR activities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for office-related matters.
• Supervise and support administrative staff.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

• Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Vocational Training in Administration/Secretarial Studies.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting senior executives and coordinating office operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, coordinate projects, and meet deadlines.
• Leadership and team coordination capabilities.
• Customer service mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Adaptable, flexible, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and adopt AI-powered tools and digital technologies
