    What You'll Do
    • Lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve organizational goals.
    • Build a positive culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Develop strong relationships with providers, team members, patients, and leadership.
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes, performance, and the overall patient experience.
    • Monitor key performance indicators and support organizational goals.
    • Partner with leadership to implement initiatives and drive results.
    • Help ensure compliance with applicable healthcare policies, regulations, and standards.
    • Use data, technology, and reporting to support informed decision-making.
    • Promote a culture of excellence, professionalism, and continuous growth.

    Qualifications
    • 3+ years of management experience in dental, medical, or healthcare environments, preferred.
    • Proven experience leading and developing teams
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Ability to build relationships and influence across multiple levels of an organization
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Comfortable working with data, technology, and performance metrics
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
