Are you a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to drive performance, build teams, and elevate customer experience?

We’re looking for a Office Manager who can lead office operations, support HR functions, and help drive revenue growth.

This is not an assistant role — this is a leadership role.

What You’ll Own

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and coach office and sales staff
  • Set performance goals and hold the team accountable
  • Conduct reviews and build a high-performance culture
Sales & Growth

  • Drive recurring revenue and corporate accounts
  • Track KPIs and improve conversion rates
  • Align marketing and sales efforts
Operations & Customer Experience

  • Ensure smooth execution between sales and operations
  • Resolve escalated client issues professionally
  • Improve systems, workflows, and retention
HR Support

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance tracking
  • Handle employee matters with professionalism and discretion
  • Escalate complex HR matters to senior leadership
Who You Are

  • Experienced office or operations leader with team management background
  • Strong communicator and decisive problem solver
  • Organized, tech-savy, and KPI-driven
  • Experience in a service-based business preferred
