Position Summary

The Office Manager supports the administrative, financial, and accounting operations of Bristol Culinary Services portfolio. This is an office-based role responsible for coordinating purchasing, assisting with bookkeeping, managing documentation, and handling general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented professional.

Bookkeeping & Financial Administration

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense tracking and invoice organization
  • Review financial documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare and organize documentation for accounting and management
  • Support month-end and reporting processes as needed

Documentation & File Management

  • Manage documentation including contracts, invoices, tax records, and operational files
  • Maintain consistent file naming and folder structures for easy retrieval and audits

General Administrative Duties

  • Perform general administrative tasks to support daily office operations
  • Assist management with scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and summaries as requested
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Understanding of bookkeeping
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in culinary, facility management, healthcare or similar roles
  • Familiarity with accounting software 
  • Experience with POS Systems a plus
