Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions

• Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and facility-related needs

• Support executives and staff with administrative projects and scheduling

• Handle light accounts payable and accounts receivable responsibilities
• 
  
• Process invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate records
• 
  
• Assist with document management, reporting, and office communications
• 
  
• Help ensure efficient workflows and a professional office environment

Qualifications

• 
  
• Previous office management, administrative management, or similar experience
• 
  
• Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• 
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• 
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
• 
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• 
  
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
