Office Manager (Deaconess Clinic at Work; KY Market)

Job Overview: 

We’re looking for a dynamic Office Manager who can bring structure, energy, and efficiency to our team while creating a welcoming, productive environment for everyone. As our Office Manager, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps the office operating at its best. The Office Manager is responsible for the leadership, direction, coordination and management of the daily clerical operations and personnel of the medical practice. The Office Manager assures the office functions efficiently to support the physicians and/or midlevel providers in providing safe and compassionate patient care. This position is also responsible for patient satisfaction, and compliance. The position is located in Madisonville, KY but will also cover Henderson and Hopkinsville, Kentucky. 

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Degree in a health-related field, business administration and/or a related field, or management experience running a physician practice is preferred
• Relevant manager experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

• Only when applicable; if a licensed Manager and/or a certificate or registration is required for the position.

 Shift: Days, Monday -Friday

Hours: 40 per week
