OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly capable Office Manager & Executive Assistant to lead the setup and day-to-day operations of a new office environment in Spartanburg. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in building structure from the ground up, creating efficient processes, and taking full ownership of the workplace experience.
You will serve as the primary on-site administrative and operational presence, supporting a dynamic, high-traffic environment while also providing direct executive support to senior leadership. This role requires a proactive, resourceful professional who can operate independently, adapt quickly, and engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Office Operations & Workplace Management
•Lead the setup and ongoing management of a new office space, ensuring a professional and well-functioning environment
•Own daily office operations, maintaining organization, efficiency, and a high-quality workplace experience
•Establish and manage core office processes including mail, supplies, and vendor coordination
•Partner with Facilities and external vendors to support office infrastructure, maintenance, and services (printing, shipping, kitchen, etc.)
•Manage office inventory, equipment, and vendor relationships
•Coordinate logistics for meetings, team visits, and internal events such as lunches, offsites, and site tours
•Serve as the on-site point of contact for visitors, including greeting and escorting guests
•Collaborate with on-site teams to coordinate visitor access and ensure a seamless experience
•Develop familiarity with local resources (restaurants, hotels, transportation) to support visiting teams
Executive Support
•Provide high-touch administrative support to 1–2 senior executives
•Manage calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
•Prioritize and adapt to shifting needs in a fast-paced environment
•Partner with administrative teams across the organization to ensure alignment and coordination
•Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
QUALIFICATIONS
•5+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, or executive/administrative support
•Proven ability to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities
•Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
•Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
•Hands-on approach with a willingness to support a wide range of tasks
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving office environment
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard workplace tools
•Bachelor’s degree preferred
