What you’ll be doing:
- Own accounts payable/receivable processes, invoicing, and payment tracking
- Perform reconciliations, maintain accurate financial records, and support month-end close
- Assist with job costing, expense tracking, and construction project financial reporting
- Support payroll processing, time tracking, and vendor coordination
- Manage day-to-day office operations, documentation, and administrative support
What you bring:
- Experience in office management with a strong accounting focus (construction experience a plus)
- Solid understanding of AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting basics
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
