About the Role
This is a 3-month engagement role supporting a leave of absence, with opportunity to remain long-term for the right candidate.
We’re looking for someone who can make an immediate impact and potentially grow with us.
Country Land Group is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations and help keep our team running efficiently. This is a critical role for someone who thrives on creating structure, improving processes, and ensuring the office operates smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and maintain an organized, efficient workplace
- Oversee scheduling, calendars, meetings, and office communications
- Support leadership with administrative tasks and operational coordination
- Handle incoming calls, correspondence, filing, and document management
- Coordinate vendors, office supplies, and facility-related needs
- Assist with reports, data tracking, and maintaining accurate records
- Support marketing and administrative projects as needed
- Help improve systems and processes to increase office efficiency
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong internal communication
Performance Expectations
- Office operations run smoothly and efficiently day to day
- Administrative tasks and requests are handled accurately and on time
- Reports and records are maintained with a high level of detail
- Communication and follow-up are consistent and professional
- Nothing falls through the cracks

Preferred Experience
- No Previous experience as an Office Manager needed.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Dropbox, and office productivity tools
- Experience supporting office operations, reporting, or business administration
- Notary Public will be a plus (or willingness to become one)
