Our established two-doctor dental practice in Fountain, Colorado is seeking a dynamic Dental Office Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and help drive continued growth and excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident professional who enjoys balancing leadership, patient care, team development, and business performance.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support the day-to-day operations of a busy two-doctor dental practice
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement
  • Foster a positive, patient-focused culture that delivers exceptional service
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve practice growth and profitability
  • Manage scheduling, patient flow, and operational efficiency
  • Oversee insurance, billing, collections, and financial processes
  • Recruit, onboard, and train team members as needed
  • Ensure compliance with dental industry regulations, policies, and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with doctors to achieve practice goals and create a thriving workplace culture

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Dental Office Management experience
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Extensive knowledge of dental office operations, systems, and workflows
  • Experience managing scheduling, insurance verification, billing, collections, and treatment presentation
  • Proven ability to drive results and improve operational performance
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment:

This role is based in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.

Physical Demands:
  • The position may require occasional lifting of office supplies up to 20 pounds.

  • Must be able to stand, walk, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity throughout the workday.

 

Education and Experience:
  • A college degree in business or a related field is preferred, along with at least one year of business or managerial experience.

  • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
