Description

Our client, an LED lighting solutions company, is seeking a highly organized Office Manager with expertise in office administration, operational coordination, and business support functions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, supporting multiple departments, improving administrative processes, managing office resources, and ensuring a productive and efficient work environment that supports the company's continued growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and seamless workflow across all departments.
  • Coordinate administrative functions, including scheduling, correspondence, document management, and office communications.
  • Support leadership with reporting, meeting coordination, project tracking, and operational initiatives.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, vendor relationships, and service contracts to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
  • Assist with accounts payable, invoicing, expense tracking, and other financial administrative functions.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, records management, and general human resources administrative support.
  • Develop and implement office procedures and best practices to improve productivity and operational effectiveness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and internal team members while maintaining a professional office environment.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in office management, operations coordination, administrative management, or a related role within a professional business environment.
  • Proven experience managing multiple priorities, administrative processes, and office operations while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and business management software, with the ability to create reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Experience supporting accounting functions such as invoicing, accounts payable, expense reporting, and vendor management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with executives, employees, clients, and vendors.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to improving office procedures and operational efficiency.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and contribute positively to a collaborative team culture.
