Office Manager --- A to Z Mine Supply A to Z Mine Supply is growing, and we're looking for a proactive, detaildriven Office Manager to keep our operations running smoothly. If you're a systems builder who thrives on organizing people, processes, and paperwork---and you enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on environment---we'd love to meet you. **About the role** You'll be the operational backbone of our office: owning administrative workflows, coordinating with suppliers and customers, supporting leadership, and ensuring our team has what they need to deliver on time. This is an on-site position. **What you'll do** - Oversee daily office operations: reception, mail, supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination. - Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and event logistics for leadership and key teams. - Handle purchasing support: create POs, track orders, reconcile packing slips/invoices, and maintain inventory records. - Own document control: organize contracts, safety records, certifications, and compliance files. - Prepare reports and dashboards: expenses, budget tracking, KPIs, and basic forecasting. - Coordinate onboarding/offboarding: IT access, equipment, training schedules, and policy acknowledgments. - Support HR and payroll administration: timesheets, attendance, PTO tracking, policy updates. - Improve processes: standardize SOPs, streamline workflows, and implement simple automations. - Serve as point of contact for building management, IT providers, and key vendors. - Uphold a professional, safety-first, service-oriented office culture. ** ** ** ** **What you'll bring** - 3+ years in office administration or operations; experience in industrial, construction, mining, or supply-chain environments is a plus. - Strong organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail and follow-through. - Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace; comfort with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) is an advantage. - Solid written and verbal communication; confident coordinating across teams and with vendors/customers. - Ability to prioritize, anticipate needs, and solve problems independently. - Discretion handling confidential information; high integrity and reliability. **Nice to have** - Experience with purchasing, inventory control, or logistics coordination. - Basic knowledge of HSE/compliance documentation. - Familiarity with CRM tools and simple workflow automations. **Work setup** - Status: Full-time, on-site - Schedule: Monday--Friday, standard business hours - Compensation: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience - Location: Hurricane, Utah **How to apply** Send your resume and a brief note on your most successful office/process improvement to: [mikebeen@atozminesupply.com], subject line "Office Manager --- Your Name".
