The Office Manager at Elite Comfort Care is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions of the agency to ensure efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery. - Managing and maintaining accurate client and caregiver files in accordance with Medicaid, FSSA, EVV, and agency requirements
- Coordinating caregiver schedules, shift assignments, and timekeeping to ensure alignment with authorized services
- Monitoring EVV compliance, task documentation, and visit verification to support accurate billing and audit readiness
- Assisting with Medicaid billing, authorizations, service updates, and claims follow-up
- Communicating policy updates, documentation requirements, and compliance expectations to caregivers
- Supporting audits, quality assurance reviews, and internal compliance checks
- Serving as a primary point of contact for caregivers and clients regarding administrative and operational matters
